The journal applies the following peer review policies:

  1. Every submitted manuscript will be reviewed by at least two independent peer reviewers.
  2. The journal implements a double-blind review process in which reviewers do not know the identity of the authors, and authors do not know the identity of the reviewers.
  3. The review process evaluates the following aspects:
    a. Compliance with research and publication ethics.
    b. Relevance to the journal’s focus and scope.
    c. Novelty, objectivity, and scientific contribution of the manuscript.
    d. Clarity and appropriateness of the theoretical framework.
    e. Clarity of the problem statement.
    f. Clarity of the research questions or objectives.
    g. Appropriateness and clarity of the research methods used.
    h. Adequacy, clarity, and quality of the results and discussion.
  4. Based on the review results, reviewers may recommend one of the following decisions:
    a. Accept
    b. Minor revisions required
    c. Major revisions required
    d. Reject
  5. If reviewers provide contradictory recommendations, additional reviewers may be assigned. The final decision regarding manuscript acceptance is made by the Editor-in-Chief.

The editorial team reserves the right to make editorial changes and adjustments to submitted manuscripts and journal website content when necessary.
