Editor

Editors have the following responsibilities:

  1. Decide which manuscripts should proceed to the next stage and are responsible for publication decisions. Manuscripts are accepted based on research significance, originality, clarity, and alignment with the journal’s focus and scope.
  2. Evaluate submitted manuscripts fairly, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
  3. Assess manuscripts based on intellectual content without regard to the author’s race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, ethnicity, nationality, or political views.
  4. Ensure confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and not disclose any information without the author’s permission, except to reviewers, until a publication decision is made.
  5. Not disclose any information about submitted manuscripts except to authors, reviewers, potential reviewers, editorial advisors, and the publisher as appropriate.
  6. Not use unpublished materials for personal research and ensure editorial contributions do not appear in published articles.

Reviewers

Reviewers have the following responsibilities:

  1. Review manuscripts within their expertise and in accordance with the journal’s focus and scope in a timely manner.
  2. Recognize that peer review is a reciprocal process and commit to conducting fair and timely evaluations.
  3. Provide objective and constructive feedback without hostility or personal criticism.
  4. Ensure that evaluations are not influenced by the author’s nationality, religion, political views, gender, or commercial interests.
  5. Treat manuscripts as confidential documents and not share or discuss them with others without editorial permission.
  6. Not use information obtained during the review process for personal advantage.
  7. Assess the adequacy and relevance of references used in the manuscript.
  8. Provide clear recommendations and highlight any concerns regarding the manuscript’s relevance to the journal.

Authors

Authors have the following responsibilities:

  1. Present research conducted ethically, scientifically, and responsibly.
  2. Report results clearly and honestly without fabrication, falsification, or inappropriate data manipulation.
  3. Make necessary corrections to manuscripts during the editorial process when required.
  4. Avoid plagiarism by properly citing sources and using appropriate referencing techniques.
  5. Describe research methods clearly to allow verification by other researchers.
  6. Take collective responsibility for submitted and published work.
  7. Clearly state each author’s contribution to the research and publication.
  8. Promptly notify the editor if significant errors or inaccuracies are found and cooperate in correcting or retracting the publication.
